I opened my eyes to life in 1990 in Istanbul.I graduated from the Department of Radio, Cinema and Television and did my master’s degree in cinema again. My thesis on Occupational Definitions and Syndication in Cinema was published.
I have spent the last threeteen years working as, assistant director, filmmaker, film editor and producer. My vision and transversal experience in the audiovisual sector has given me the opportunity to know in depth my profession and face challenges of many different kinds, working with national and foreign teams. With a reputation built on powerful, emotionally charged content, Hüseyin’s storytelling is driven by a belief that images speak to the soul of the viewer. Hüseyin works primarily with non-actors to capture life as it is, carefully framed and distilled. His mission is to uncover the beauty in the everyday; to band the emotion and aesthetic around one simple core idea. He plays the lines between documentary, fiction and experimental cinema to craft films that focus on concepts and feelings above all else.
I have actively participated in the digital transformation promoting new ideas and businesses, always balancing a commercial and artistic vision in my work.
Currently, I combine my directing and screenplay studies, developing editing projects in the field of digital series and feature films. I continue to shoot commercials .
